"In my experience, I have realized that most Air Conditioning companies are worthless. They give you wrong information. They don’t fix what’s wrong. They overcharge you. They don’t show up. Maybe because it’s South Texas and there is plenty of work in the air conditioning business? Freedom Mechanical is different. This customer service oriented company took care of us. Salina responded quickly and professionally. The service tech (Richard) walked us through our unit showing us the good and the bad. He gave us suggestions and answers. He fixed our unit at a reasonable price and we now have cold air! We also had a question concerning a problem we had for the last 8 years. Finally an air conditioning company that listens! I am getting together my own list of who to call (like an Angie’s List)...Freedom Mechanical for air conditioning."
